Note: When applying, don't "work it in" to your skin or you'll break down the oxygen. The more your fingers touch it, the less effective it becomes. Apply a light layer with minimal manipulation, and let it absorb into the skin.
Application tip: apply with a fan brush that is only used for this purpose.
